An introductory green smoothie

If you’re someone who’s wary of green smoothies, try this recipe:

  • 1/2 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (optional)

Blend them all together.

It’s important to have the banana be frozen so the drink is cold and because it provides an ice cream-like texture. You won’t taste the spinach, I swear, it will taste mostly like banana. Enjoy!
